Static Oil Purifier on Lube Oil Reservoir

The Static Oil Purifier will be installed in the Lube Oil Discharge line with  a return line to the Reservoir.

During operation a small by-pass oil flow will continuously filter the lube oil up to 0,1 microns and absorbs all types of water.

Advantages:

  • Slows down oxidation of the oil (varnish),
  • Reducing water in the oil,
  • Saving maintenance,
  • Decrease in weir,

Providing A Way To Reduce Maintenance Costs

The system uses a filter to remove water and other harmful particles from the oil without removing any additives within the oil. This filter system is being used all over the world and reduces the amount of maintenance requirements for the machines that use it.
With the system in place, the companies who use it are seeing up to a ninety percent decrease in wear on their machinery. This means that a company is likely to save a lot of money on maintenance costs over time and that is huge. The savings from implementing the system range from forty to eighty percent savings which are no small chunks of change.
The available models can have multiple filter housings installed depending on a few items that must be checked prior to installation. These items include the amount of liters that machine takes, the viscosity of the oil and the condition of the oil. With all of these items recorded, a proper number of canisters can be decided upon and installed.
The reason for the checklist is because if the oil is really dirty, more filters will most likely be required. Fixed models are designed to be installed in line with the machinery oil lines so it can successfully filter out the bad parts.
